Tour prices are subject to possible adjustments at any time and without prior notice to clients, unless the tour has already been confirmed by Wildlife Dream Tour. Such price revisions can occur due to changes in transportation costs, fuel prices, changes in government taxes for national parks, and sudden fluctuations in currency value.
All our indicated prices exclude insurance, excess baggage charges, visa and vaccination fees, medical examinations, personal expenses, as well as any other expenses explicitly indicated as not included in the tour.
At Wildlife Dream Tour, we require a reservation deposit to guarantee the services of your chosen trip. Once you have confirmed the selected services, you will receive an email with the details of the reservation, an invoice detailing the contracted services and the payment details to make the deposit.
We believe that each trip should be an unforgettable experience tailored to the preferences of our clients. Upon receiving the email with the details of the itinerary and prices, we kindly request the payment of the deposit to confirm the reservation of all services included. The deposit must be settled within 7 days from the date of delivery of the invoice to the customer. The deposit will be 20% of the total cost of the trip, with the final payment being 80%. However, these percentages may vary depending on the tour or activity selected and the services included.
The final payment must be made within 30 days before the start of your activity. Failure to submit the deposit or final payment within the specified period may result in the cancellation of your trip or additional charges. In cases in which the total value of the invoice is less than 300 euros, a single payment will be accepted for the purposes of the reservation, which must be made within a maximum period of 7 days from the reservation date.

In the event that Wildlife Dream Tour is forced to cancel a tour due to unforeseen situations, such as changes in extreme weather conditions or government restrictions, the client will be offered the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund of the deposit made. Wildlife Dream Tour will inform the client without delay in case of cancellation or annulment in the tour reserved by the client. These variations or modifications can occur after the formalization of the contract, as long as they are not considered malicious.
If the client does not accept these modifications, Wildlife Dream Tour will reach an agreement with the client offering a tour with the same conditions and price. In case there is a difference in price, we will refund the difference if the value of the new tour is cheaper. If the client does not agree to choose another Wildlife Dream tour, Tour we will refund the full amount of the deposit made.
Wildlife Dream Tour may cancel the tour before its start due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, terrorism, political instability, epidemics or other external events where it is not feasible for us to operate the planned itinerary. Wildlife Dream Tour undertakes to notify the client immediately in case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, alternatives and options to reschedule the tour will be offered according to availability and customer preferences.
Wildlife Dream Tour advises its clients to take out travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage, on our trips we usually use the IATI insurance company on our trips.
If the client decides to cancel their reservation, the following cancellation policies will apply:
Any request to cancel a service must be communicated via email. We will manage the refund that will be calculated from the moment we receive the notification (the client can resubmit the cancellation if there is no response from Wildlife Dream Tour in 24 hours).
Some of our collaborators may take up to 2 months to process the refund, depending on the tour or activity that is cancelled.
In case of cancellation of the tour before departure, the cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
Refunds will be made in the same currency in which we received payment. Any charges incurred for bank transfers during the refund process will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that the client is not satisfied with the tourist experience, it is essential that immediately contact the tour guide or any person who is adequately related to the company, in order to be able to solve any problem on the spot moment. To facilitate this, the client will have an emergency WhatsApp number as well as a telephone number available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Wildlife Dream Tour will not be able to accept claims that have not been notified to our staff within 24 hours of the incident for problems during the tour. We understand that all our guides and staff (except in exceptional situations where there is no coverage due to remote locations) will always be able to maintain fluid communication with us.
In the event that the tour has not been carried out as agreed due to actions caused by the client, Wildlife Dream Tour undertakes to provide assistance and support to the client to the reasonable extent.
All costs associated with assistance provided by Wildlife Dream Tour will be the responsibility of the client.
Wildlife Dream Tour assumes the responsibility of ensuring that the tours offered on the website are reasonably similar to reality and meet customer expectations and we are responsible for supervising all the services internal and external that are part of the tour. We personally verify hostel, meals, services offered on ther tour, always exceeding the average quality of our competitors guaranteed in all aspects of your trip.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wildlife Dream Tour shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our website, tours, or services.
We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from any delay, interruption, or failure in the operation of our website, including but not limited to technical issues, maintenance, or unauthorized access.
The client waives any claim against Wildlife Dream Tour or its guides in case of:

The client will be responsible for covering all expenses derived from changes in the itinerary due to their own choice to modify it.
