Pricing information

The prices of the tours are subject to possible adjustments at any time and without prior notice to the customer, unless the tour has already been confirmed by the Wildlife Dream Tour. Such price revisions may occur due to changes in transportation costs, fuel prices, changes in government taxes to national parks and sudden changes in the value of the currency.
All our listed prices exclude insurance, excess baggage charges, fees, visa and vaccinations, medical examinations, personal expenses, as well as any other expenses explicitly stated as not included in the tour.

Booking deposit

In Wildlife Dream Tour, we require a booking deposit to secure the services of your chosen trip. Once you have confirmed the selected services, you will receive an email with the details of the booking, an invoice detailing the services hired and payment details for the deposit.
We believe that every trip should be an unforgettable experience tailored to the preferences of our clients. When you receive the email with the details of the itinerary and prices, we ask you kindly to the payment of the deposit to confirm the booking of all services included. The deposit must be paid within 7 days from the date of delivery of the invoice to the customer. The deposit will be 20% of the total cost of the trip, with the final payment being 80%. However, these percentages can vary depending on the tour selected, and the services included.

The final payment must be made within 30 days before the start of your activity. The lack of presentation of the deposit or the final payment within the specified period may result in cancellation of your trip or additional charges. In cases in which the total value of the invoice is lower than 300 euros, it will accept a single payment for purposes of the booking, which must be carried out within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of booking.

We ask that you carefully review the terms of payment up to date and pricing information provided. If you have any other question or need more clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.

When you place an order through our website, constitutes an offer to buy any tours or services selected.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as indicated on our web site.

In case of a failure in the payment or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel or terminate your order without liability.

Wildlife Dream Tour reserves the right to modify, update or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our web site.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

Cancellation of Wildlife Dream Tour

In the case of Wildlife Dream Tour is forced to cancel a tour due to unforeseen situations, such as changes in extreme weather conditions or government restrictions, we will offer the customer the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund of the deposit made. Wildlife Dream Tour will inform the customer without delay in the event of cancellation or cancellation on the tour booked by the client. These variations or modifications may occur after the conclusion of the contract, as long as it is not considered malicious.
If the customer does not accept these amendments, Wildlife Dream Tour will come to an agreement with the client, offering a tour with the same conditions and price. In case there is a price difference, we will refund the difference if the value of the new tour is more economic. If the customer does not agree to choose another tour of Wildlife Dream, you will be refunded the full amount of the deposit made.

Wildlife Dream Tour, you can cancel the tour prior to the start due to events of force majeure, such as natural disasters, terrorism, political instability, epidemics or other external events where it is not feasible for us to operate the planned route. Wildlife Dream Tour undertakes to notify the customer immediately in the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, alternatives will be offered and options to reschedule the tour depending on the availability and the preferences of the client.

Cancellations by the Customer

Wildlife Dream Tour recommends that customers hire a travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellation, in our travels, we often use the insurance company IATI in our travels.
If the customer decides to cancel your booking, will apply the following cancellation policies:

  • Cancellation made more than 30 days before the start of the tour: we will refund 100% of the deposit.
  • Cancellation made between 30 and 15 days before the start of the tour: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellation made within 15 days prior to the start of the tour: there will be no refund of the deposit.
    It should be borne in mind that some activities or specific services may have different cancellation policies, which will be reported to and agreed upon with the client during the booking process.

Cancellation and Refund

Any request for cancellation of a service should communicate by e-mail. We will manage the refund will be calculated from the moment at which we receive the notification (the client can re-send the cancellation if you do not receive a response from Wildlife, Dream Tour in 24 hours).
Some of our co-workers can take up to 2 months to process the refund, depending on the tour or activity is canceled.

Cancellations of Tours and Activities

In case of cancellation of the tour prior to departure, we will charge a cancellation fee in the following way:

  • Wildlife Dream Tour continues to the specific policies of the cancellation of the hotels, boat cruises and domestic flights, where conditions apply non-refundable deposit.
  • If the client cancels the booking 45 days or more before the start date of the trip, the client will incur a penalty of 50% of the total amount, the more the cost of cancellation by each service hired/booked.
  • If the client cancels the reservation 30 days (or less) prior to the start date of the trip, the client will incur a penalty of 100% of the amount of the reserve.
  • Customers can change the dates of their booking until 30 days before the start date of the trip at no additional cost on the part of Wildlife Dream Tour. However, the new dates are subject to availability and any change in the price charged by our suppliers shall be borne by the customers.


In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the tourist experience, it is essential that you immediately contact the tour guide, or to any person who is properly related to the company, in order to be able to solve any problem at the time. To facilitate this, the client will have a number of WhatsApp emergency, as well as a phone number which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Wildlife Dream Tour will not be able to accept claims that have not been reported to our staff within 24 hours of the incident for problems during the tour. We understand that all of our guides and staff (except in exceptional situations where there is no coverage due to remote locations) will always be able to maintain a fluid communication with us.

In the event that the tour had not been carried out as agreed due to actions caused by the customer, Wildlife Dream Tour is committed to providing assistance and support to the customer to the extent reasonable. All costs associated with the support provided by the Wildlife Dream Tour will be the responsibility of the customer.

Wildlife Dream Tour assumes the responsibility for ensuring that the tours offered on the website may be reasonably similar to the reality and comply with the expectations of the customer, and we are responsible for overseeing all internal and external services that form part of the tour. We check personally the shelter, meals, and the services offered on the tour, always surpassing the average quality of our competitors, guaranteed in all aspects of your trip.


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wildlife Dream Tour will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our web site, tours or services.
We will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from any delay, interruption or failure in the operation of our website, including, among others, technical problems, maintenance, or unauthorized access.
The customer waives any claim against Wildlife Dream Tour guides in case of:

  • Dangerous conditions that affect a tour at that time, and you are compelled to cancel or make changes in the itinerary or tour.
  • Loss of any contracted service due to delays or cancellations of flights, ferries or other transportation services, external to us.
  • The client agrees and acknowledges that the travel itinerary may be subject to possible changes due to climatic conditions.

Wildlife Dream Tour cannot be held responsible for changes or additional costs caused by cancellations or delays due to agents outside of our responsibility, as flights, trains or boats not contracted with us. All these expenses must be borne by you, the customer.
The customer will be responsible for covering all expenses arising from changes in the itinerary due to their own choice you modify it.

Wildlife Dream Tour will do everything possible to ensure the safety of you and your baggage. However, it is your personal responsibility to check your belongings at all times.

Wildlife Dream Tour does not assume responsibility for loss of personal property, fraud, misrepresentation, personal injuries, death or any other damage that is not directly attributable to Wildlife Dream Tour.

Wildlife Dream Tour disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Our focus on animal welfare

There are many tourist attractions around the world that involve live animals, either in their natural habitats or in controlled environments. In Wildlife Dream Tour we believe that all the attractions with animals must make sure you receive treatment appropriate and respectful.

We recognize that the majority of the amusement operators act responsibly and share the view that animals deserve humane treatment. However, we are aware that the animal welfare standards may vary according to the local regulations in different parts of the world.

Here are the guidelines:

Wildlife Dream Tour does not promote or generate revenue through the booking of experiences in which the tourists to have physical contact with wild animals deprived of their liberty, except in exceptional circumstances.

Wildlife Dream Tour only offers experiences that involve physical contact between visitors and the wild animals in captivity only under the following conditions:

  • Educational experiences that involve contact with invertebrate animals (as spiders or insects), under the supervision of experts from zoos, aquariums, or facilities of wildlife.
  • Programs in which tourists can touch or feed animals captive under the supervision of professionals in zoos or wildlife. These programs should allow the animals to initiate interaction in a natural way (without sedation, force, or intimidation), and the animal must be able to withdraw from the interaction at will.
  • Volunteer programs focused on the preservation of endangered species in zoos, aquariums or sanctuaries, where it may occur some form of direct interaction with the animals.

Performances and presentations
Wildlife Dream Tour does not facilitate the booking of experiences where it is compelled to perform acts humiliating or show unnatural behaviour of wild animals in captivity or in danger of extinction. Also we support the presentation of animals in a degrading manner, as part of the circus or entertainment (mimicking a human, or by clothing them).

We consider acts of a degrading those in which an animal may be under the influence of sedatives or trained using aggressive methods to behave or follow orders in a way unnatural. Also, when you do not receive exercise or veterinary care.

Cetaceans (whales and dolphins)
Wildlife Dream Tour does not offer attractions or experiences where they'll be displayed cetaceans captive to the public, except in Sanctuaries Coastal Whales and Dolphins with the following types of facilities:

  • Any sanctuary that provides a coastal environment permanent for all of your cetaceans captive.
  • Establishments, whether they are commercial or not-for-profit organizations, are creating alternative settings of coastal sanctuary for cetaceans in captivity and they have made a public commitment to move these cetaceans in their care to these environments in a timely manner.

A coastal sanctuary is defined as a natural area of coastal water, such as a bay or inlet, where the cetaceans residing in conditions as close as possible to their natural environment. This is done under the supervision of qualified staff and veterinarians. The shrines must adhere to a policy of non-breeding and animals should not be trained for public performances. The direct interaction between visitors and animals, including experiences aquatic, must be prohibited.

Other Facilities

Also allow Tours to experience in the following types of facilities, provided that they comply with other relevant policies:

All facilities are accredited* which have made a public commitment, and official implementing the following practices:

  • Cessation of the breeding of cetaceans under their care.
  • No import of cetaceans captive of other facilities for public display.
  • It does not capture or import of cetaceans in the wild for public display.
  • *The accreditation must be provided by the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA).

Blood Sports
In Wildlife Dream Tour, we do not provide Tours to attractions that contradict our policy with respect to the injury or death of animals. This policy states that we do not publish attractions whose main purpose involves:

  • Damage or death of endangered species (such as the hunting of animals).
  • Injury or death of any animal held captive (as seen in blood sports).
  • Demonstrations of power, where they feed on live animals for the fun of it (for example, to feed the lions with live cattle).

When hiring your travel plans with the Wildlife Dream Tour, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and assume full responsibility to obtain the necessary documentation and to comply with all applicable requirements to enter the country.

In case of delay or cancellation of flights due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, Wildlife Dream Tour will endeavour to adjust the itinerary and minimize the additional charges.
